Project Update

March was filled with preparations for the Wave 2 Go-live on May 2. Our team is now meeting with Wave 2 agencies every week to answer final questions and make final arrangements.

In case you missed it, we've added more virtual facilitated training options for Wave 1 & 2 state agencies. We're offering one session for each user role of Accounts Payable, Basic Purchasing, and Department Access during the week of April 17. OregonBuys: One unified system — modernizing state procurement

Wave 3 Kickoff Meeting The final project wave of state agencies officially begins with the virtual Wave 3 Kickoff Meeting on April 12 from 1 - 3 p.m. We are excited to start this work and look forward to working with this new batch of agencies.   Contact oregonbuys.info@das.oregon.gov if you're a Wave 3 agency and need meeting credentials.

Organizational Structure and User Setup Tasks Refresher Training for Organization Administrators We're holding two refresher training sessions for key agency staff who create and maintain agency users, departments and locations, approval paths, and add custom columns in OregonBuys. These sessions are open to all state agencies regardless of wave status.   To attend, click the button below to register Workday Learning (login required) for one of these sessions: April 25 from 9 - 11 a.m. April 26 from 9 - 11 a.m.

OrCPP Members Can Now Perform eBids Through OregonBuys OrCPP members can now use OregonBuys to receive electronic Quotes from suppliers. Did you know that suppliers you can now 'follow' a Bid Solicitation to get notified if the Bid changes?

Log in to OregonBuys and follow these steps:

1. Click on the Bid # link to view the Bid, then scroll down and click the Follow button.
2. On the Acknowledge screen, click the Yes button to sign up for notifications.
