Project update

The new year is off to a flying start! Our focus for January was on the validation activities required for Wave 2 Go-live. State agencies started this work with R*STARS training and testing. When those tasks are finished, agencies will move to validating agency processes which will continue throughout February.

Although our focus is on Wave 2, we know Wave 3 is already on the horizon. Planning considerations have begun for the third and final wave that starts in May 2023. Our team is looking forward to working with the last batch of state agencies and closing out the project by the end of the year. OregonBuys: One unified system — modernizing state procurement

Training registration open for Wave 1 & 2 state agencies State agency staff in Waves 1 & 2 can now register and attend OregonBuys Phase II training. Suppliers and vendors: Can you supply goods during an emergency?

We're looking for businesses who can supply goods when emergency situations arise. If you want to be added to the list, simply mark your OregonBuys account as an "Emergency Supplier". Here are the instructions to update your account (see screenshots below):

1. Have your account Seller Administrator log in to OregonBuys.
2. Select Maintain Organization Information icon from the left menu bar, then click on Maintain General Organization Information.
3. Complete the Emergency Supplier fields and save the changes.

Suppliers and vendors, did you know you can find Bid Solicitations without logging in to OregonBuys?

Here are the easy instructions (see screenshots below):

1. Navigate to the OregonBuys homepage. Then scroll down to Supplier Activities and click on Open Bids.
2. View the sortable list of Open Bids.
3. Use the green Advanced Search button in the top left corner to filter the search results.
