December was a busy month for the project team. We're happy to share that Wave 2 agency process design workshops and data collection efforts are complete. We're now shifting our focus to validation and R*STARS testing. We're ending the year strong as we make our way through each of the wave components of: Planning, Designing, Validation, Training, and Go-live.
Happy holidays
Looking back on the past year, we want to take a moment to thank you for your continued collaboration. Thanks for reading our emails, participating in meetings, and partnering with us on this project. We hope the holiday season brings peaceful moments and beautiful memories to you and yours! We look forward to working with you in the new year.

OregonBuys: One unified system — modernizing state procurement
OregonBuys Champions User Group
We're establishing a new group for state agencies that have implemented Phase I and II of the OregonBuys project. This group will come together monthly to share system ideas and enhance system knowledge. The group is called the OregonBuys Champions User Group.
We'll reach out to Wave 1 state agencies in the coming weeks about this new opportunity.

New required fields for suppliers
OregonBuys has new fields that require suppliers who are the seller admin to make a selection. When logging in, the system will prompt you to complete the fields by showing a red validation error, as shown in the graphic below. If you receive the error, click on the red text to go to the screen where you can make the required selections. Note: these fields only need to be populated once.
Did you know that multi-factor authentication increases security by requiring users to input an emailed code into OregonBuys after logging in with their username and password?
Suppliers: We recently enabled this security feature for seller admin users. If you don't receive the email code, check your spam or junk folder for the email from 'OregonBuys <donotreply@oregonbuys.gov>'. Codes should arrive within five minutes.
