Project status update
We're happy to share that the Wave 2 schedule is finalized and agency interactions have begun. Things are off to a busy start! We held the Wave 2 agency kickoff meeting and then moved into data collection activities. Next up are process design workshops that start in November.
We're excited to partner with this batch of Wave 2 agencies to implement the new OregonBuys procure-to-pay functionality.
OregonBuys: One unified system — modernizing state procurement
OregonBuys agency reports
Agencies have access to a number of canned system reports in OregonBuys. However, some agencies may have reporting needs aside from these offerings.
We've kicked off a collaborative report review effort to identify and develop new reports. We're now meeting with Wave 1 agency subject matter experts to collect requirements and will conduct similar efforts after Wave 2 and Wave 3 Go-live.

For questions about reports, contact Andy Kicza, OregonBuys Project Controller.

Suppliers, did you know that agencies rely on OregonBuys NIGP / commodity codes to find vendors for their contracting opportunities?
Be sure that your OregonBuys account NIGP / commodity codes are current and inclusive so that you receive relevant opportunity notifications. Click here for instructions on how to maintain or update your commodity code selections.
