Throughout September, our team continued supporting the 22 agencies that went live with OregonBuys procure-to-pay functionality on August 1. We've been hosting Wave 1 daily drop-in support sessions that last through October 3; after this date we'll transition to traditional help desk support. We're also happy to share that the Wave 2 Get Ready Forum was a success, and we recently deployed a quarterly system release that moved OregonBuys to version 17.2 of the software. Our team is now finalizing the Wave 2 schedule and timeline so that we can hold Wave 2 agency kickoff meetings in October. Wave 2 agency key contacts can watch for an email from our agency liaison, Adam Helvey, with kickoff meeting details.

Did you know that you can log in to OregonBuys and find Quarterly Release information in the News section? The Quarterly Release title is under the Forms and Information category. By clicking on it, you can view the list of quarterly release fixes and enhancements that have been implemented. We encourage you to check it out!
