Project update
We're happy to share that the 22 agencies in Wave 1 went live with OregonBuys procure-to-pay functionality on August 1! We've since conducted lessons learned and are taking the feedback from agencies in stride by making improvements.
As the implementation continues across the enterprise, our team has now shifted focus to finalizing the Wave 2 schedule and timeline. If you're at a Wave 2 agency, please continue reading the next section of the newsletter below for details on the Get Ready Forum in September. We're excited to begin this next wave and to engage with a whole new batch of agencies.

Supplier email addresses
OregonBuys uses email to communicate with suppliers about Bid opportunities, purchase orders, and system notifications for password resets. Keeping your email information up to date is important so you don't miss any messages.
If you'd like help setting up different emails on your account to receive the various notifications, contact supplier support at 1-855-800-5046 or support.oregonbuys@das.oregon.gov.

When a seller on a supplier account acknowledges a Bid while opening it in OregonBuys the specific user will automatically receive notifications for the Bid via email. These notifications include amendments and Q&A. If the seller declines to acknowledge the Bid, they can still view it but will not receive future emails about it. See the example screenshot below:
Fixed: Bug when searching OregonBuys
In last month's newsletter, we told you about a bug in OregonBuys while searching for Blankets (aka price agreements and contracts) without being logged in. We're happy to report that the issue is fixed. You'll now get active search results when using the top search bar.
