Wave 1 Go-live date delay

After much deliberation, the Executive Steering Committee voted to delay the June 1 Go-live for Wave 1 agencies due to additional time needed to review recent system security test results.

The project team is working hard to review testing results so that we can solidify a new Go-live date. In the meantime, Wave 1 agencies now have more time to verify processes and finish final tasks.

We'll contact Wave 1 agencies via email when we have a new Go-live date to share.

How to notify vendors of procurement opportunities

State procurement staff and OrCPP members—don't forget to add Bidders to your Bid Solicitations in OregonBuys based on the NIGP codes selected in the items of the Bid. Only the vendors on the Bidders tab will be notified of your procurement opportunities. Here are the instructions for adding Bidders based on the codes:

1. On the Bidders Tab, click the Lookup & Add Vendors Button.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select: Find Vendors for All Commodity Codes on the Bid. Vendors will display based on the NIGP codes selected for your items in the Items Tab.
3. Select the desired vendors and then click Save & Exit.

Attend the Wave 2 agency forum

State agency staff from Wave 2 agencies can sign up now for the Get Ready Forum. Join us to learn what to expect in the wave and how to be prepared. This forum is the precursor to a formal kickoff meeting that will be held in late July:

Report feature in OregonBuys

State agency staff who have an OregonBuys log in can pull standard reports by logging in and clicking the Gear icon in the top-right menu bar. Many reports are readily available, including requisitions by department, vendor contract usage, and purchase orders in sent status, to name a few. We encourage you to explore this feature!
