The way you receive purchase orders and submit invoices may be different after June 1, depending on the agency you do business with.

On June 1, the agencies in this list will begin using OregonBuys to issue electronic purchase orders and send email notifications to suppliers. All other agencies will continue using existing ordering processes until 2023.

Suppliers, please watch for an email from OregonBuys in the next few weeks with more details.

The project team will soon begin engaging with Wave 2 agencies with a what to expect forum at the end of June and a formal kickoff meeting in early July. Wave 2 agencies can start getting ready now by doing the following:

• Start expanding your agency core team to include members from accounts payable, budget, and purchasing. Visit this link for a description of core team duties.
