What’s Occurred

Here’s what’s occurred since the last LMSRP Bulletin:

Green Light for Go-Live! – During the June LMSRP Steering Committee Meeting, members approved going live on schedule, June 16th.

Soft Launch Activities Continue – Agencies continue to prepare content for go-live. The LMSRP helpdesk is open daily for Learning Partners and their designated support teams. The hours of operation will be maintained through Tuesday, June 15th and are:

  • Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 9 a.m.
  • Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Training Resources –

New training materials are being released on an ongoing basis, see all available resources:

  • Workday Learning Job Aids: On demand job aids are available for use; each job aid includes a plain text version.
  • Training Flyer: This living document provides information on currently available training. It is broken out by Virtual Instructor Led, Webinar, and eLearning opportunities.  
  • Training Catalog: The data elements addressed within this resource include: Course Name, Intended Audience, Course Description, Delivery Type, and Duration.

What's Coming

Below is what you can expect in the weeks ahead:

Go-Live – June 16th:  At the start of normal business hours on June 16th, Learning in Workday will be live!

Taking courses in iLearnOregon will be available through the close of normal business hours on June 15th. Please make sure you complete your online courses when you log into iLearnOregon from now until June 15th. Any courses not completed by this time will not become part of your official training record.

Prepare for Go-Live: Continue to prepare your content and continue to communicate with your coworkers and extended enterprise networks about the transition from iLearnOregon to Workday Learning.
