What’s Occurred
Here’s what’s occurred since the last LMSRP Bulletin:
90 Day Assessment Launched – No joke, the Workday Learning: 90-Day Readiness Survey launched on April 1st, signaling we are getting that much closer to go-live!
This assessment will help the project team gauge how ready the enterprise is for the transition and where we may need to increase communication, resources, and training efforts. The assessment was sent to individuals who have existing elevated responsibilities in iLearnOregon and/or are currently identified as a supervisor in Workday. The assessment will close Thursday, April 15th.
User Acceptance Testing: Complete – User Acceptance testing has concluded and was a big success! There were a total of 118 testers from 22 agencies, boards, commissions, agency partners, and external Instructors. Listed below are a couple of comments received after testing completed:
“Thanks to all of you for making this process enjoyable, efficient and effective. I can't wait to see it come to life in the next few months.”
“The learner experience was really good in my opinion. Thanks for inviting us to test.”
Thank you to everyone that volunteered for testing!
Open Houses – The LMSRP team is currently conducting the 5th series of Open Houses, in this series we focus on learning specific roles and general navigation. Please review the flier on the LMSRP webpage to see when the next sessions will be held.
Recordings of previous Open Houses are currently available in iLearnOregon.

What's Coming
Below is what you can expect in the weeks ahead:
Workday Learning Training: Training on how to use Workday Learning is anticipated to start in late-April 2021 and will continue through Go-Live in June 2021. Training will utilize a variety of mediums such as live virtual learning events, webinars, eLearning, videos, and other learning resources.
-
Elevated Learning Roles – Individuals with roles such as Learning Partner, Content Creator, Instructor, and Affiliation Manager, will be trained first. Training will address the role and the functions associated with it.
-
General Training - Starting in late May 2021, most state employees, contingent workers, and Extended Enterprise Learners will begin to access and receive training.

Agency Action Needed
Below are necessary action items designed to help agencies prepare for the transition to Workday Learning:
Y’all ready for this?!? Do you have agency specific workflows related to learning management?
Have you identified where your current agency specific workflow is not aligned to Workday Learning configuration?
If you answered yes to either question, discuss your findings with your agency’s Learning Partner (iLearnOregon Administrator) so they can bring the information to the LMSRP team to explore possibilities. Reminder: the goal is to have zero workarounds; instead, identify Alternate Solutions when necessary.
This action does not have a due date; it is intended to spark conversation inside agencies to prepare for go-live in June 2021.
