| Oregon Transparency Update – March 2021
This month we'll explore Oregon Administrative Rules.
Background: HB 2370 passed in the 2013 legislative session, and requires agencies that maintain webpages with agency rules, to also display those webpage links on the Oregon Transparency website.
Oregon Administrative Rules adopted by state agencies are provided through the Oregon Secretary of State's website.
View and Search: The Oregon Administrative Rules Database allows users to search for information by rule number, chapter, and text.
