Project update

During July, our team focused on reviewing the final project schedule in preparation for baseline approval by the Executive Steering Committee. We also updated planning documents to address independent quality management services' feedback and to ensure alignment with the project schedule. These documents are now ready for our Enterprise Information Services (EIS) oversight analyst's review and approval. There are only a few more artifacts to complete before we can issue notice to proceed (NTP).

We're also excited to share that Andy Kicza joined the project team as our new business analyst. Andy will assist with project associate and project management duties. Please join us in welcoming Andy to the team!

3 Things to expect after we issue notice to proceed

We're getting very close to issuing notice to proceed which will ramp up our project work. We remain on target for issuing by the end of August ─ once issued, we'll do the following:

1. Schedule core team orientations for ORPIN replacement Phase 1. Check this list to see which state agencies are affected.

2. Announce dates for opening state agency wave enrollments for Phase 2.

3. Schedule a virtual forum for state agencies.

Large and medium-sized agencies who are on the core team groupings list can prepare for orientation by submitting or updating their core teams contacts on our website.

All other medium and small-sized state agencies and OrCPP members can designate a single point of contact for the project by clicking on this link.
