Project update
Throughout February our team has continued working to fulfill the conditions of the Enterprise Information Services (EIS) Stage Gate 3 endorsement. We look forward to receiving this endorsement in the spring. Also, the decision was made to include ORS 190s in OregonBuys to support interagency agreements. This decision was based on a recommendation from the Project Advisory Council. We're excited about this continued progress and for what spring will bring to Phase 1 of this project.

SoS celebrates 1-year in OregonBuys
Congratulations to the Secretary of State (SoS) for 1-year in OregonBuys! As the first agency to implement the OregonBuys eProcurement System, they are trailblazers and we're excited to share their success.
Looking back over the past year, SoS staff noted that the first six months were an adjustment - however, sticking with it resulted in huge payoffs including these efficiencies:
Managers can approve transactions from their phone any time of day
Staff can find things fast
Saves time - no more chasing paper documents through the approval flow
Paperless - we're saving trees!
