Oregon Transparency Update

This month we’ll explore Oregon Administrative Rules.

 HB 2370 passed during the 2013 legislative session requires agencies that maintain webpages that display agency rules, also display links to those webpages on the Oregon Transparency website. 

Highlights: Information provided on the Transparency website is under Administrative Rules 

In addition, Oregon Administrative Rules adopted by state agencies are provided through the Oregon Secretary of State's website.

Oregon Administrative Rules Database​ (OARD)

This resource allows users to search for information by rule number, chapter, and text.

Future Topics: We are currently rebuilding and redesigning the Oregon Transparency website. In the New Year, monthly updates will begin to highlight new website features and content.
