OAR 845-005-0312, 845-005-0450, 845-006-0301, 845-006-0401, 845-006-0475

The Oregon Legislature passed Senate Bill 871 during the 2025 Legislative Session
which contains several provisions that required agency rulemaking to implement:

• Manufacturer Licensee Record-Keeping Requirements
• Retail Licensee Requirements When Receiving Shipments From Direct to Retailer Permittees

The rules are effective January 1, 2026.
