How the Commission will use the Cannabis and Alcohol Management Program (CAMP) to Communicate with the Industry

OAR 845-004-0065:
The following rules changes have been made to clarify how the Commission will communicate with licensees via the Cannabis and Alcohol Marijuana Program (CAMP). The changes:
- Clarify, update, and modernize the methods of communication between the OLCC and various stakeholders, including applicants, licensees, permittees, certificate holders, and alcohol server education providers.
- Introduce clear requirements about maintaining information in the online platform (CAMP) maintained by the OLCC and identify roles and responsibilities of CAMP users.
The rule is effective January 1, 2026.
