The Oregon Liquor Control Commission proposes to amend OAR 845-006-0392 and OAR 845-006-0396, Same-Day Delivery.
There will be a public hearing on the proposed action to amend these two rules, adding additional same-day delivery option to accomodate alcohol deliveries with evening meal orders.
The hearing will take place on February 22, 2012 at 10AM, at the OLCC, 9079 SE McLoughlin Blvd., Portland, OR 97222.
