The Oregon Liquor Control Commission proposes to amend OAR 845-006-0335, Minors on Licensed Premises.
There will be a public hearing on the proposed action to amend this rule, clarifying where minors are allowed on a licensed premises and a minor employee's duties.
The hearing will take place at on February 23, 2012 at 10AM, at the OLCC, 9079 SE McLoughlin Blvd., Portland, OR 97222.
