- For Permanent Total Disability (PTD) and Death, the maximum rate is $1,038.31 per week for work-related injury, illness or death occurring during the period beginning January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2024. 85A O.S. § 45(D) (regarding PTD), and 85A O.S. § 47 (regarding death benefits).
- For Permanent Partial Disability (PPD), the maximum compensation benefit rate remains unchanged at $350 per week for work-related injuries and illnesses occurring on May 28, 2019 through June 30, 2021.
