Credential Renewal Photos

OMMA is aware of a technical issue with approved credential renewal applications: The photo that appears on the renewed credential is the same one that was on the previously approved application — not the photo that was submitted upon renewal. This issue is not impacting new credential applications.

We are working to get this technical issue corrected; the photo issue does not invalidate the approved credential.
