OMMA has completed its review of the products placed on administrative hold to ensure accuracy following the recent embargo and recall related to Graves Farm Organics LLC (PAAA-EYKG-PCTX).
Administrative holds have been placed on the products listed below:

Bomber pre-rolls (failed safety re-testing for the pesticide permethrin)

Orange Push Pop Crumble (failed safety re-testing for the pesticide spiromesifen)

Ice Cream Cake Crumble (failed safety re-testing for the pesticide spiromesifen)

Gorilla Breath Sugar (failed safety re-testing for the pesticide spiromesifen)
These products cannot be sold or transferred. Processors have a duty to notify affected dispensaries about recalled products. Dispensaries are responsible for notifying patients to whom they sold these products. You may request permission to waste this product by contacting OMMALegal@omma.ok.gov.
All other products that had an administrative hold lifted, not listed above, can be sold.
