OMMA is aware there may be an issue with commercial license renewals. The licensing vendor is actively working to address the matter. If technical issues with the licensing portal are preventing you from submitting a renewal, please fill out this form. We will work with licensees requesting assistance with known technical issues.
OMMA’s seed-to-sale tracking system allows the Science Department to identify grow locations that fail pesticide testing required by OMMA rules and state law. OMMA scientists refer them to ODAFF. Oklahomans can expect to see more collaboration between OMMA and ODAFF when OMMA’s quality assurance lab opens later this year.
Along with tracking pesticide testing, OMMA’s Science Department inspects licensed laboratories and coordinates the recall of thousands of individual products.
If an employee's Employee Credential application was denied and they would like to reapply, they should log back in to the licensing portal to begin a new application with all required documentation. Employees must apply for, or get help with, a credential on their own. It's the employee's responsibility to apply for the credential.
Community Conversations will be an informal opportunity for licensees to meet with OMMA’s executive leadership in a small group setting to share feedback, ask questions and address concerns.
Interested in participating in future OMMA events like Community Conversations? Please complete this form. Note: Filling out the form does not mean you are agreeing to participate in any engagement opportunities; its sole purpose is to gauge your interest.
Here are some of the questions commercial licensees have asked OMMA most frequently in recent weeks. Visit omma.ok.gov/contact to get in touch.
Q: I received an email saying my application was rejected. How do I find the rejection reason?
A: Log in to the licensing portal and select your profile. From there, select Manage Business and then select Review Application. Finally, select the Review option next to the rejected application. This will allow you to see the rejection reason(s) and comments.
Q: My application was rejected for GPS coordinates. How do I correct that?
A: Even if the licensing portal gives you auto-generated coordinates based on your address, OMMA recommends you use a mapping tool or online platform to confirm the GPS coordinates match the physical location of your facility. And when manually entering GPS coordinates, verify you’ve entered the correct coordinates in the correct field.
