Everyone with a pending OMMA commercial license application or transporter agent application will soon get an email from the Thentia licensing portal about an application rejection.
IMPORTANT: Applicants have 30 days from the date of the rejection to resubmit the application with information now required by new laws and rules. Applications not resubmitted within 30 days will expire.
Here are the new items that must be included in your resubmitted application:

Background checks: A new attestation form along with the state background check will temporarily meet the national background check requirement included in HB 2095 (2023). All persons of interest and Transporter Agents must upload:

COO and other documents: Applicants must provide a Certificate of Occupancy (COO), Final Inspection Report and Site Plans with any commercial application or location change request. Upload the COO with the ownership disclosure documentation.

Grower surety bond or land ownership: Grower license applicants must submit proof of a surety bond from a qualified company or proof of land ownership for at least 5 years. Get details at omma.ok.gov/bond.
