MVP Highlight
Quality Service: Demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency to effectively satisfy customer needs
Cheryl Flowers, Fleet Management Coordinator
“I would like to nominate Cheryl Flowers for the Quality Service award. Cheryl started with OMMA in July, and she has already accomplished so much. Since July, she has already worked with other departments to streamline the fleet reservation process, conducted/finished our first inventory, and researched several issues requested by leadership. She is a fast learner, and she genuinely cares about delivering excellent quality work."
