To access documents that were on SharePoint under Departments or in Aragon, please view this document. Make sure you are using SharePoint under your OMMA account.
You should not be using your Health account anymore. All communications and file savings should be done using your OMMA account.
There will be a live, virtual Town Hall event at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday on the changes to OMMA’s payroll process.
Be on the lookout for more information soon on the event, including the link to attend via Microsoft Teams. You’ll be able to submit questions in advance, or ask them live during the Q&A portion of the Town Hall. There will also be a SharePoint page with full details on everything you need to know about OMMA payroll.
To access SharePoint, make sure you are logged into your OMMA account and not your Health account. Any requests done with a Health account will not be accepted. You may not be able to access the SharePoint if you do not follow these steps.

1. Check your profile to make sure you are in the correct Office 365 account
2. Click on "App Launcher"
3. Click on "SharePoint"
4. Type in "OMMA Staff" in search bar.
5. Click on "OMMA Staff"
