By Thursday, Sept. 1, OMMA will send an offer of employment to your current work email address.
It’s just a formality – the letter will offer you your current job at your current salary so you can stay employed with OMMA on Nov. 1 when we become an independent state agency. Your benefits, leave balances and everything else stay the same.
Follow the instructions to sign and return the letter by Friday, Sept. 16. You must sign and return the letter by Sept. 16 to keep your job.
Contact your supervisor Friday (or as soon as possible) if you don’t get the offer letter Thursday.
If you choose not to accept the offer to continue employment, please inform your supervisor by Friday, Sept. 16. There is no guarantee of continued employment with OSDH. If you do not wish to accept the offer, you can still apply for any other open position within the state.
