Call Center Answered Nearly 7,000 Calls Last Month The OMMA Call Center handled 6,917 calls between January 18 and February 11 (19 business days). They extended their hours the week of Jan. 24th to accommodate a higher call volume resulting from the switch to our new licensing software provider. Call counts varied between 445 and 996 among the 10 main call center staffers.
