To all OMMA Commercial Licensees:
This is a reminder that your monthly report is due on the 15th of this month. If you have already submitted your monthly report, please disregard this email.
This link will take you to the monthly reporting template. If you experience issues with the link, visit our website, oklahoma.gov/omma, click on "Businesses" in the navigation bar, go to the Compliance Information page, and scroll down to the Monthly Reporting section.
Before completing the monthly report, please take note of the following items:

Commercial licensees are required to submit OMMA monthly reports beginning in the month they were licensed and every month thereafter, even if no medical marijuana and/or medical marijuana products are in possession or on site.

Monthly reports are due by the fifteenth of each month, and you will report the previous month's activity.
- You must enter your OMMA ID (capital letters and hyphens included) and your Application ID to access the report. The Application ID can be found in your license approval email, "Your application reference number is…."
- If you have multiple licenses, please complete a separate report for each license.
Monthly reporting templates are subject to change, so please check the OMMA website for updates regularly.
Pursuant to OAC 310:681-5-6.1(a), if a commercial licensee fails to submit a timely, complete, and accurate required monthly report and fails to correct such deficiency within thirty (30) days of the Department's written notice, the licensee shall be subject to a fine in the amount set forth in Appendix C for each violation and any other administrative action and penalty authorized by law.
