SAVE THE DATE! Skilled Nursing and Nursing Facilities Provider Call
The Oklahoma State Department of Health, Regulation, Prevention and Preparedness will be hosting two COVID-19 provider calls, Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
Starting this week, we will provide two separate calls.

Skilled Nursing and Nursing Facilities 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

All other long-term care facility types, (Assisted Living Centers, Adult Day Care Centers, ICF/IID, Continuum of Care Facilities and Residential Care Homes) 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Each call will focus on relevant information and guidance for the designated audience.
We have also changed to a new format and you may easily access the meeting by clicking here. We encourage everyone to access the training via the link as this will allow as many participants to attend as possible.
During the meeting you will be able to submit questions via the Q&A feature.

COVID-19 Vaccination Update
COVID vaccines are received weekly and distributed to vaccine providers throughout the state.
CVS and Walgreens are continuing to schedule clinic dates with Long Term Care Facilities. Skilled Nursing Facilities and Nursing Facilities will be scheduled first.
If you signed up with CVS or Walgreens to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to your residents and staff, but have not heard from them, or if you have a question, you may contact them at:

Important reminder! Be sure and keep your residents, representatives, and family members informed of the vaccination information and when the vaccine clinic is scheduled in your facility.
Notice of Closure for Protective Health and Finance in Lobby
Please be advised that out of an abundance of caution due to increasing COVID-19 cases around the state, the Protective Health Front Desk in the Lobby has been closed to the public. Finance will not be open in the lobby for payments.
Please mail in applications that require a fee to the address on the application. You may also submit your application without a fee to the email address or fax number on the application.
Please make sure to review before sending by mail, email, or fax to assure your application is complete. Missing items or information will delay our response.
