The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Transition Coalition (DHHTC) of Oklahoma would like to host professional development workshops to help those who work with DHH youth and their families in reaching their post-school goals. We are seeking information from you to help the coalition plan these workshops. The proposed workshops currently will be offered through Zoom or another virtual approach, but we hope to offer in-person workshops in the future. Oklahoma State Systemic Improvement Plan Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey. Oklahoma is embarking on a new State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) and we are seeking stakeholder input to help the initial planning process. The SSIP is a comprehensive, multi-year plan that states are required to develop and report on annually to improve results of children with disabilities. In developing the SSIP, states look at data to determine gaps and analyze the state system.

Please take a few minutes to complete this survey to help the development of the new SSIP. Please share this with administrators and educators from your staff, as well. Virtual meetings will be held after the data is collected from this survey to support further discussions.
