The FY 2019 Initial State Aid Allocation (07/12/18) has been posted on the State Department of Education Single Sign On (SSO), under Allocation Notices.

This year, districts will see an increase in per pupil funding due to additional funds appropriated by the legislature to the Financial Support of Schools for certified and support personnel salary increase.

  • FY 2019 Initial State Aid Formula Allocation              $3,419.80

Foundation Aid Factor of $1,750.00

Salary Incentive Factor of $83.49

  • FY 2018 Initial State Aid Formula Allocation                 $3,042.40 (Increase of $377.40)
  • FY 2018 Midyear/Final State Aid Formula Allocation  $3,032.20 (Increase of $387.60)

    All of the supporting documentation for your FY 2019 Initial State Aid Allocation will be posted Friday, July 13, 2018, on the State Aid page of the State Department of Education’s Website. 

    For the FY 2019 Initial State Aid Formula Allocation, we use eleven (11) months of prior year collections received for County 4-Mill, School Land Earnings, Gross Production, Motor Vehicle and Rural Electrification Association (REA) Tax while adding the month of June 2017 to make twelve (12) months of collections for the initial chargeables.  The 150% and 300% penalties will be assessed prior to the first payment in August.
