College Career Math Ready

College Career Math Ready (CCMR) PD Scheduled Again this Summer

June 4-6, 2018 | OKC, OK

June 23-25, 2018 | Tulsa, OK

Last year, nearly 150 Oklahoma teachers were trained in an exciting, hands on workshop to use the new senior course curriculum that is designed to reduce the need for remediation in college. Nearly 80 of those teachers were able to provide the course to some 1,200 students this school year! The demand continues to increase as teachers, administrators, and parents hear about the success of the course.

In partnership with the Southern Regional Education Board, the OSDE is proud to offer two more workshops this summer. The entire workshop and curriculum is completely free! Learn more about the CCMR effort at http://sde.ok.gov/sde/ccmr

Free professional development will be offered this summer to approximately 150 teachers followed by virtual support structures through the fall semester for all participants at schools using the Open-Up Resources Mathematics Curriculum during the 18-19 school year. Visit http://openupresources.org/math-curriculum/ and https://crstl.okstate.edu/ for more information.
