To prepare for the first quarter statistical report, please review your missing objects report that is located at the top of the home screen in the Wave. Once it is open, this report identifies which objects you are sending and which you are not. The below objects are required for the student level FQSR:

  • Calendar Date
  • Calendar Summary
  • Student Personal
  • Student School Enrollment
  • Student Attendance Summary
  • Student Daily Attendance

 Calendars

Now is a good time to check that your calendars are being accurately sent to the Wave. You can do this by visiting the State Reporting Certification application in the Wave on the Reporting tab and selecting the FQSR Student Level Report. Review your calendars to ensure the following:

  • Start date of instruction is correct.
  • End of first nine weeks is correct.
  • Days taught is correct.
  • Professional days is correct.
  • Total days in session is correct.
  • All calendar types are coming through, if you see any of the scenarios below, you should then have that calendar type in addition to your main calendar.

Main – this should be the majority of your students.

Alt Ed – these could be students that are on a different calendar schedule (different   number of days taught) and in an alternative education program.
