UPDATE: Recall Issued for Flower Grown by Blue Collar Criminals Collective, LLC (GAAI-NJVE-0Z9P)
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — On Tuesday, Oct. 20, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) issued a recall for medical marijuana flower production batches from Blue Collar Criminals Collective, LLC. (GAAI-NJVE-0Z9P) licensed grow facility.
Following the announcement, OMMA received questions regarding products from batch number BIS091326-2. While this batch initially passed lab testing, a portion of it was later mixed with a failed batch, making those specific mixed products unsafe. Only mixed products are included in this recall. Products from batch BIS091326-2 that were not mixed remain unaffected.
OMMA extends a huge shoutout to Blue Collar Criminals Collective, LLC for their quick self-reporting and commitment to safety. Their diligence and fast action helped stop the spread of potentially unsafe products and set a great example of accountability and transparency in Oklahoma’s medical marijuana industry.
All licensed medical marijuana businesses are encouraged to self-report issues right away so OMMA can quickly investigate and notify the public.
