PONCA CITY, OK — A multiagency enforcement effort involving the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA), Oklahoma State Fire Marshal (OKSFM), Liquefied Petroleum Gas Administration (LP Gas), Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) and Kay County authorities and public safety officials led to the emergency suspension of TWGDH LLC (GAAI-DG6G-DOOB).
The action followed a search warrant served by local law enforcement on Jan. 16, 2026. During the investigation, it was discovered that the business had large amounts of medical marijuana and marijuana product not reported in the state inventory tracking system as mandated by law, including 70 kilograms of shake and trim, 1,700 clones and several bags of flower and bud, weighing 16.9 kilograms. Investigators also identified several vapes with California packaging. All marijuana and marijuana products on the premises have been placed under administrative embargo.
“Each of these law enforcement officers, with support of their agencies, are committed to preserving and protecting the safety of the citizens of Kay County,” said Kay County District Attorney Brian Hermanson. “Thanks to the coordinated work of the 8th District Attorney’s [Drug and Major Crime Task Force], the Agents of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, the Deputies of the Kay County Sheriff’s Office, the Officers of the Ponca City Police Department and the Transportation Officers of the Kay County Detention Center, a large amount of illegal drugs were kept off the streets.”
Additionally, it was determined the operation did not have a valid Certificate of Occupancy (COO) and was using additional buildings on the property that were not authorized as part of the licensed premises.
“Thank you to the Kay County officials who assisted, as well as the OHP and all the other agencies involved. This unified front is essential to protecting public health and safety and preventing bad actors from skirting state laws,” stated OMMA’s Office of Investigations and Enforcement. “By working with our local, county and state law enforcement partners, we are ensuring that businesses operating illegally have no place to hide in the licensed medical market.”
TWGDH LLC is prohibited from cultivating, transporting or selling any medical marijuana products while the suspension is in effect.
OMMA will continue to take decisive action against illegal activity to ensure licensees operate in compliance with the law. As this and other investigations continue, OMMA pledges to keep the public informed of developments.
