Locations: 2200 block of SW 96th St.
Arrested: Henry, Charles Ray Jr. (B/M, DOB: 7/27/1990).
Narrative: In the late afternoon hours yesterday, police responded to a domestic disturbance involving a firearm in the 2200 block of SW 96th St.
As officers arrived in the area, Charles Henry Jr. raised and pointed a rifle at the officers. An OKCPD officer discharged his firearm at Henry. Henry then fled to a nearby backyard and barricaded himself between a shed and a fence.
After a lengthy standoff with the OKCPD Tactical Unit, Henry surrendered to officers. He was medically cleared and then booked into jail on complaints related to the incident. There were no reported injuries during the incident.
