Date & Time of Incident: 12/12/2025 at 6:20 PM.
Location: 2600 block of N. Kelley Ave.
Victim: Raper, Nethaniel (H/M, DOB: 8/8/2007)
Arrested: Pittser, Ross (W/M, DOB: 2/16/2000)
Narrative: Last Friday evening, police responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex in the 2600 block of N. Kelley Ave. Responding officers discovered the shooting victim, Nethaniel Raper, lying in the parking lot. He was transported to OU Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators learned that Raper became involved in an altercation with Ross Pittser, when Pittser produced a firearm and shot Raper.
Pittser was located nearby and taken into custody. He was later booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on a murder complaint.
