Location: 7145 Melrose Ln.
Victim: Clewis Jr., Mark Dewayne (B/M – 01/12/1995)
Arrested: Sioux, Allen Ray (AI/AN/M – 05/01/1978)
Narrative: This past Monday morning, officers with Oklahoma City were called to an apartment complex near Melrose and Rockwell around 3:30 a.m. Police arrived and found 30-year-old Mark Clewis Jr., shot. Clewis was taken to an area hospital where he died just before 7:00 p.m., the same day. The suspect was identified as 47-year-old Allen Sioux. Sioux originally fled the scene but was taken into custody yesterday in the 2400 block of SW 45th St. after a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on a complaint of First-Degree Murder.
