Date & Time of Incident: 11/8/2025 at 8:17 AM.

Location: 2430 SW 23^rd St.

Victim: Sosa, Christopher (H/M, DOB: 2/14/2005)

Arrested: Orrantia-Silva, Ruben (H/M, DOB: 1/28/2002)

Narrative: On the morning of November 8^th, police were dispatched to a shooting at 2430 SW 23^rd St. Responding officers found the victim, Christopher Sosa, deceased at the scene. He appeared to have been shot to death.

The suspect, Ruben Orrantia-Silva, was taken into custody early the following morning and later booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on a murder complaint.
