Date & Time of Incident: 8/23/2025 at 2:15 PM.
Location: 1530 NE 20th St.
Victim: Crawford, Shyanne (W/F, DOB: 1/14/2008)
Arrested: Hill, Zaevion Quintral (B/M, DOB: 5/11/2008)
Narrative: Saturday afternoon, police responded to a shooting at a residence near NE 20th and Bath Ave. Responding officers found the shooting victim, Shyanne Crawford, inside the residence. She was transported to OU Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.
The shooting suspect, Zaevion Hill, was taken into custody after initially fleeing on foot from the scene. Hill was later booked into the Oklahoma County Juvenile Detention Center on a murder complaint.
It appears Crawford and Hill were together inside the residence when Crawford was shot by Hill.
