Victim: Blue, James (B/M, DOB: 8/27/68)
Arrested: Rains, Robert (B/M, DOB: 9/15/2006)
Arrested: Nelson-Louie, Azia (B/F, DOB: 12/28/2004)
Narrative: Early yesterday, police responded to a drive-by shooting at a house where two people had been hit by gunfire. Officers found one victim deceased and the other wounded. James Blue was inside the residence when he was struck and killed by one of the rounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A female inside the home was also hit by gunfire, but she is expected to recover.
Investigators learned the suspects fired from a vehicle into the home before fleeing to Wewoka, Oklahoma. The two were arrested by law enforcement in Wewoka and transported back to Oklahoma City where each was booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on a murder complaint.
