Location: 3000 S. May Ave.
Victim: Spencer, Alisha Dawne Campbell (W/F – 11/19/1986)
Arrested: Rodriguez, Julian Lee (H/M – 06/27/1986)
Narrative: February 17th at 2:30 in the morning, Oklahoma City Police were called to a business parking lot at SW 29th and May. When they arrived, they found 38-year-old Alisha Spencer and discovered she had been assaulted. Investigators learned the name of the assailant, Julian Rodriguez, and arrested him at a motel in the 4300 block of W. Reno Ave. shortly thereafter. Rodriguez was placed in jail on complaints of domestic assault.
Spencer was hospitalized and sadly succumbed to her injuries sustained from the assault, March 4th at 9:46 a.m. Rodriguez remained in jail and his charge has been amended to murder in the first degree.
