Incident #2024-0093190

Date & Time of Incident: 12/20/2024 at 6:28 PM.

Location: NW 4th and Kentucky Ave.

Victim: Luna, Leopoldo (H/M, DOB: 5/14/1993)

Narrative: Friday evening, officers responded to a shooting at NW 4^th and Kentucky Ave. Officers discovered the victim lying on the side of the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators learned the victim was involved in an argument that escalated to gunfire.

Currently, no arrests have been made. Anyone with information should call the Homicide Tip-Line at 405/297-1200.
