7/28/23 BRT Construction Update

NW 23rd St. and Classen Blvd.

NW 31st St. and Classen Blvd.

Park Ave. and Robinson Ave.

NW 23rd St. and Classen Blvd.

Phase: Waterline work and bus pad construction

Traffic Control: The right lane of southbound Classen Blvd. is closed from NW 24th St. to NW 22nd St. The right lane of northbound Classen Blvd. is closed from NW 22nd St. to NW 23rd. St. There are two northbound and two southbound lanes open during this time. 

Additionally, the right lane of westbound NW 23rd St. is closed just west of Classen Blvd. There is one lane of westbound NW 23rd St. open during this time. 

Bus Stop Closures: The following fixed-route bus stops are closed:

• Route 005 Inbound - Classen at NW 24th (Stop ID 598)
• Route 005 Inbound - Classen at NW 23rd (Stop ID 3782)
• Route 005 Inbound - Classen at NW 18th (Stop ID 601)
• Route 005 Outbound - Classen at NW 22nd (Stop ID 3137)

Estimated Construction Timeline: 7/31/23 – 8/25/23

Traffic Control: The right lane of northbound and southbound Classen Blvd. is closed between NW 31st St. and NW 30th St. There are two southbound and two northbound lanes open during this time.

Bus Stop Closures: The following fixed-route bus stops are closed: 

• Route 005 Outbound - Classen at NW 30th (Stop ID 3761)

Estimated Construction Timeline: 7/31/23 – 8/4/23

Park Ave. and Robinson Ave.

Phase: Platform construction

Traffic Control: Northbound Robinson Ave. is closed between Park Ave. and Couch Dr.  A detour is in place for northbound traffic during this time. Southbound Robinson Ave. traffic and OKC Streetcar operations are not affected.
