Location: NW 48th St. and N. Warren
Deceased: Vincent, Shari (W/F, DOB: 1/17/1979)
Narrative: Yesterday afternoon, Oklahoma City Police and U.S. Marshals were attempting to take Shari Vincent into custody. Ms. Vincent had two felony warrants out of Cleveland County for stalking and malicious injury to property. Ms. Vincent was making numerous threats via social media (including against law enforcement) and her behavior was escalating, suggesting a high propensity for violence.
As officers attempted to perform a traffic stop on Ms. Vincent near NW 39th and Barr Ave., she fled in her car, initiating a pursuit. The chase culminated at NW 48th and Warren when a U.S. Marshal rammed her vehicle, ending the pursuit. Ms. Vincent produced a gun and was subsequently shot and killed by a U.S. Marshal.
