4/21/23 BRT Construction Update

NW 8th St. and Hudson Ave.

Main St. and Broadway Ave.

NW Expressway and Blackwelder Ave.

NW 56th St. and Portland Ave.

NW 8th St. and Hudson Ave.

Phase: Pavement and electrical work

Traffic Control: Southbound Hudson Ave. will be closed between NW 8th St. and NW 7th St. Northbound Hudson Ave. will be open during this time.

Estimated Construction Timeline: 4/24/23 – 4/26/23

Main St. and Broadway Ave.

Phase: Bus pad and platform construction

Traffic Control: Southbound Broadway Ave. will be closed between Park Ave. and Main St. There will be two northbound lanes of Broadway Ave. open during this time.

Estimated Construction Timeline: 4/24/23 – 5/12/23

NW Expressway and Blackwelder Ave.

Phase: Storm sewer work

Traffic Control: The right lane of westbound NW Expressway will be closed west of Blackwelder Ave. There will be two westbound lanes open during this time.

NW 56th St. and Portland Ave.

Phase: Retaining wall and bus pad construction

Traffic Control: Westbound NW 56th St. will be closed to through traffic between Grand Blvd. and Portland Ave. Eastbound NW 56th St. will be open during this time.

Estimated Construction Timeline: 4/24/23 – 5/19/23
