Incident # 22-0085437

Date & Time: 11/25/2022 at 2:35 p.m.

Location: 4430 NW 10^th Street

Victim: Hinkle, Devyn (W/M 3/25/1991)

Arrested: McConville, Kasey (W/M 11/20/1997)

Narrative: Friday afternoon, officers were called to 4430 NW 10^th St. on reports of a shooting. When police arrived, 31-year-old Devyn Hinkle was found lying outside his vehicle in the roadway and shot multiple times. He was taken to an area hospital where he died. Several witnesses in the area were able to provide a suspect vehicle description which was described as a hearse-style vehicle. Tips from the public led police to a house in the 2100 block of NW 35^th St. where the hearse was found, and 25-year-old Kasey McConville was arrested.
