Location: 8235 N. Rockwell Ave.
Victim: Torres, Brianne (W/F 9/7/1998)
Arrested: Sievert, Rana (B/F 9/15/1998)
Narrative: Early this morning, officers were called to an apartment complex in the 8200 block of N. Rockwell Ave., regarding a domestic-related shooting. Police arrived and found 24-year-old Brianne Torres, deceased at the apartment. Rana Sievert was arrested at the scene and booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on a complaint of manslaughter in the first-degree.
