The Oklahoma Health Care Authority has launched an AI-powered virtual agent called SoonerGuide. It helps with general questions about OHCA programs and is available 24/7 via the helpline or on the OHCA website. SoonerGuide can respond in three languages: English, Spanish and Vietnamese.
This tool provides quick, convenient access to information and helps streamline support for members and partners. When calling Insure Oklahoma, if SoonerGuide isn’t able to answer your questions, please specify that you need to speak with an Insure Oklahoma agent to ensure your call is directed correctly.
Insure Oklahoma is currently receiving a high volume of documents submitted by fax and email that do not contain sufficient identifying information. To ensure timely processing, please include the following information on all submissions:

Employer documents: Include the employer E number or FEIN.

Member documents: Include the case number, member ID or Social Security number.
Employers should upload documents directly through the Employer Portal, and members should submit documents through the Member Portal. Documents received by fax or email have to be manually upload, which may result in processing delays. Submitting documents through the appropriate portal helps ensure faster and more efficient handling of your information.

If your business begins working with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), you must notify the Insure Oklahoma helpline and provide the PEO’s information as soon as possible so your employer account can be updated.
Promptly reporting this change helps prevent duplicate income from being reported under both your business and the PEO, which can affect employees’ eligibility and may result in a loss of coverage. To avoid coverage disruptions, contact the Insure Oklahoma helpline immediately when a PEO relationship begins.

All Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) submissions must have matching effective dates for rates and benefits. SBCs cannot be altered. Documents with crossed-out, marked-over or handwritten changes to effective dates will not be accepted.
