Skip the Hold: Get a Callback

Your time is valuable. Use the SoonerCare helpline callback feature to save time and not wait on hold. When you select the callback option, your call will be returned in the order it was received. Free Diabetes Support

If you have diabetes, SoonerCare is here to help!

  • Get Free Training: You can get 10 hours of free training during your first year. After that, you can get two hours each year. Some of the training is one-on-one, and some is in groups.
  • What it Offers: You'll learn how to manage your diabetes better, get more active and eat better. After the training, most people live healthier. They have fewer hospital visits and a lower risk of kidney, nerve and eye damage.
  • Where to Start: Ask your provider to contact a covered diabetes self-management program. Also ask about getting a 90-day supply of your maintenance drugs for diabetes. In addition, you might be eligible for a continuous glucose monitor if you take insulin.

SoonerCare has many tools to help you live better with diabetes!

Medical Equipment Exchange

Oklahoma ABLE Tech's Device Exchange Program can connect you with other Oklahomans to exchange medical equipment. It's a person-to-person trade that works just like a free, classified online marketplace.

You can donate equipment for free. Or you can sell equipment for a fair price. If you need to find equipment, ABLE Tech will match you with someone who has it.

What kind of equipment? Items like wheelchairs, modified vehicles, lift chairs and other devices and supplies. View available items on the device exchange website. Be sure to check back often. The list changes daily.

To request an item, complete the online form or print form. Some devices are listed by individuals. If this is the case, you will contact the person directly using the information from the listing.
